AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By scheduling service with Supercell solutions (“Company”), the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Company agrees to provide pressures Dee  washing services as described in the provided estimate. Unless specified in writing, service does not include the removal of:

• Deep oil, grease, or rust stains.
• Artillery fungus or heavy oxidation.
• Efflorescence (white powdery calcium deposits).

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES (PRE-SERVICE)
To ensure a safe and effective cleaning, the Client must:

• Seal Property: Ensure all windows and doors are shut tightly. Company is NOT responsible for water intrusion through faulty seals, windows, or doors.
• Clear Area: Move all vehicles, patio furniture, decorations, and potted plants away from the service area. A $25 fee may be charged if Company must move items to perform work.
• Utilities: Ensure an exterior water spigot is turned on and accessible. If water is not available, a trip charge may apply.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CONSPICUOUS CLAUSE)
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIGH-PRESSURE WATER CAN REVEAL OR EXACERBATE PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE. COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Pre-existing damage such as loose siding, cracked stucco, failing paint, or wood rot.
• Oxidation: Cleaning may reveal "chalking" or uneven fading on siding that was previously hidden by dirt.
• Vegetation: While Company rinses plants before and after, Company is not liable for the death or damage of plants or grass due to cleaning solutions.
• Electronic Equipment: Damage to outdoor speakers, cameras, or lighting not properly shielded by the Client.

5. PAYMENT & LIENS
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Under Texas Property Code Chapter 53, Company reserves the right to file a Mechanic’s Lien against the property if payment is not received for services rendered. Late payments will incur a fee of 10% per month

6. MEDIA RELEASE
Client grants Company permission to take and use "before and after" photos and videos of the property for marketing, advertising, and social media. Company will not disclose the Client’s full name or specific street address in marketing materials.

7. DAMAGE CLAIMS
Any claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Company’s total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the service.
